What you'll learn:
We all have an accent, and the real question is - what is stopping you from being easily understood? Accent is only an issue when it interferes with clear communication.
In this informative and engaging webinar, B-Speak coach Leslie Lamers will outline the key steps to improving your speaking skills.
You'll learn :
- the importance of slowing down
- using strong word endings
- adding pauses and correct intonation
- showing interest in your audience
- using body language
-
making a good exit
How can you be more interesting so that people want to listen and communicate with you? This seminar will look at how to hold and engage your audience from small talk to presentations through communication methods, using body language, and making a good exit. All of these techniques will help you to appear confident, get involved in the conversation, and get your message across.
Note: if you haven't yet taken advantage of the 10 hours of individual coaching (funded by Rice), you can register here!
